Smoked Balsamic & Anchovy Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
2 anchovy fillets, minced
1 tbsp smoked Crema di Balsamico
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of Fine Sea Sakt
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
Drizzle over roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or even a tomato salad.
The anchovy adds savory depth while the smoked balsamic gives a sweet, smoky finish.
