Creamy Pesto Risotto
Ingredients:
1 cup Riso Carnaroli Classico
3 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Pesto Bianco
Pinch of Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
Cook risotto as in recipe #1, omitting thyme and balsamic.
When creamy, stir in Pesto Bianco and butter.
Adjust salt and serve — rich, nutty, and perfectly Italian.
