Olive Oil Tasting

Experience a curated olive oil and vinegar tasting event presented by Ashley Lengel of Due Sorelle, featuring premium-quality pairings and an educational journey into the art of flavor. Perfect for culinary enthusiasts seeking to enhance their understanding of gourmet ingredients. The event will take place on Thursday November 13 from 6:30-8:30 pm. Tickets are limited and purchase will include admission to the tasting, appetizers from Labriola Markets, and two glasses of Labriola wine. For 2025 all classes will be held in conjunction with the Wellness Club at The Smucker House.

Please note that classes are subject to filling up, and each class allows for a specific number of participants based on available equipment and space. Printed recipe cards will be provided for each participant additionally tea and water will be available. If you sign up for an event that is not a “lunch,” light snacks will be provided. We remind everyone that while I have a few aprons available, I do not have enough for everyone, and it is encouraged that you bring your own.

Upon arrival for classes we will go over house rules and kitchen etiquette, please arrive on time at the building.

All participants must register in advance and are required to wear closed-toe shoes.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations for classes at The Smucker House with a 48 hour notice will receive a full refund. Please be advised if a cancellation is made with less than a 48 hour notice, we can only offer a 50% refund as the cost of the food is included in your ticket and is purchased in advanced. Registration is only admissible for the course date purchased.
