Prosciutto wrapped Plums with Fig Balsamic

Ingredients

4 plums, cut into large pieces

8 oz of prosciutto

3 oz basil

4 oz goat cheese (optional)

Fig Balsamic Glaze

Coarse Sea Salt

Toothpicks

 

Method

Wrap the prosciutto around a piece of plum, a little bit of goat cheese, and a basil leaf

Skewer with a toothpick

Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Glaze and sprinkle with coarse sea salt

Perfect appetizer for spring and summer parties!
