Grilled Cheese with Fig Balsamic, Plum, and Prosciutto

Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread

Drizzle Dievole extra virgin olive oil

3 oz fontina or cheddar cheese

1 plum or peach

2 slices prosciutto

Generous drizzle of Fig Balsamic Glaze

 

Method

Drizzle the 2 slices of bread with the olive oil and grill/sear on one side

On the grilled side, layer cheese, prosciutto, the sliced plum, and a generous drizzle of fig balsamic

Return to the pan and grill both sides until the cheese melts and the outside is golden brown
