Anchovy & White Pesto Crostini
Ingredients:
Baguette slices, toasted
2 tbsp Pesto Bianco
2–3 anchovy fillets
Olive oil
Pinch of Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
Toast baguette slices with a light drizzle of olive oil.
Spread Pesto Bianco on each slice.
Top with one anchovy fillet.
Sprinkle lightly with fine sea salt.
Serve
