Anchovy & White Pesto Crostini

Ingredients:

  • Baguette slices, toasted

  • 2 tbsp Pesto Bianco

  • 2–3 anchovy fillets

  • Olive oil

  • Pinch of Fine Sea Salt

    Instructions:

Toast baguette slices with a light drizzle of olive oil.

  1. Spread Pesto Bianco on each slice.

  2. Top with one anchovy fillet.

  3. Sprinkle lightly with fine sea salt.

  4. Serve
