Grilled Asparagus

Grilled Asparagus 2 Servings

 

Ingredients

20 asparagus stalks

2 tsp Sale Fino

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp smoked paprika

3 oz Dievole Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tbsp White Condiment

1 tbsp basil, chopped

3 pieces prosciutto

Feta, to garnish, optional

 

Method

1.     Preheat the grill

2.     Cut the asparagus in half

3.     Toss the asparagus with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika

4.     Chop the prosciutto into small pieces, allow to cook in a small sauté pan until crispy

5.     Place the asparagus on the grill

6.     In the bowl that the asparagus was in, whisk in the condimento blanco and basil to make a vinaigrette

7.     Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper

8.     Once the asparagus is tender, about 5 minutes, add back to the bowl and toss in the vinaigrette

9.     Plate and garnish with crispy prosciutto and feta

 

This is a perfect side dish for grilled salmon, chicken, or steak!
